🟡🟢 Glanmire Valentine’s Day Poem 🟡🟢

Roses are red, our jerseys are green,
In twenty-twenty-four, we made history seen!
With skill and with passion, with fire in our soul,
We stormed through the county, we conquered our goal!

The crowds they all gathered, the flags flying high,
Glanmire stood tall, reaching for the sky.
The whistle had blown, the battle was tight,
But our hearts beat stronger — we fought with pure might!

From sideline to square, from tackle to score,
We ran and we battled, we wanted it more!
The coaches were roaring, the fans lost their voices,
But nothing could stop us — our club, our choices!

And when the last whistle rang through the air,
We danced, we cheered, we had silverware!
Love filled the parish, no sweeter could be,
Than lifting that cup for all Glanmire to see!

So on this fine day, let’s spread the romance,
To players, supporters— let’s all do a dance!
For love’s in the air, but let’s make it clear,
Our one true obsession? GLANMIRE!
